[TECH]Offline update File from support site possibly corrupt

Long story short my Xbox has had some issues this weekend and after trying a factory reset have established my Hard drive may be at fault but along the way, one thing, as advised by support, to try was to download an offline system update and run it.

Here's where i need some help I have downloaded the OSU1 file on 4 different computers used different versions of windows and unzipping software, ran as admin, everything, but none can extract the file 'system.xvd'. On Win 7 it actually says the file was last updated I believe Dec 8th and is Corrupt.

Could some of you try following this link to the support site on step 2 there is a link to 'OSU1' and see if any of you can unzip the file system.xvd.

WARNING this download is approx 4 gb so i appreciate any of you willing to try as i know this is a lot to ask for someone not needing to download this
